L-Glutamine Pure ist eine Nahrungsergänzung mit 100% L-Glutamin in frei verfügbarer Form. L-Glutamin ist eine semi-essentielle Aminosäure. Eiweiss unterstützt das Wachstum und den Erhalt der Muskelmasse.

Anwendung
10 g täglich auf mehrere Portionen verteilt (1 Teelöffel = ca. 4 g), z.B. 1 Portion direkt nach der Belastung und nochmals innert 2 h. In Getränke oder sonstige Lebensmittel beigeben.
